My Morning Workout

I'm really starting to figure out that I can do more with my arms and legs other than just grab fingers.

I like to sit up!

I've recently discovered my favorite new activity.  Sitting up straight.  I've already claimed my spot on the couch for next week's Superbowl.  Right next to Dad so that we can watch the Steelers bring it home!

I actually think it will be a close game (wink wink).

Ok sitting up isn't always fun...

Apparently if I stick my bottom lip out any further a bird will come and land on it.  I'd like to see that...

But I eventually always cheer up.

And I still LOVE to be swaddled.

Superbowl!!!

Mom, Dad and I had a great weekend watching our Steelers win the AFC Championship and earn a trip to the Superbowl!  Sorry to my good buddies Cole, Addie and Jacob.  Better luck next year.  In the meantime, enjoy 2 weeks of Steelers hype!

Family Weekend at the Cabin

This past weekend we drove up to Grandma Judi and Grandpa Frank's cabin in the mountains.  The weather was beautiful, but unfortunately most of the snow around the cabin had melted so I didn't get to make snow angels. Maybe next time!  We had a great time with lots of quality snuggling with the family!

Happy New Year!

O.K. I admit it I didn't make it until midnight.  This picture was at 9 p.m. for the east coast celebration.  But I think that counts.  We had fun nonetheless hanging out with Aunt Mackenzie and Uncle Michael.  Mom and Dad said this was the most "dry" New Years they have had in years.  I'm not sure what they meant by that because I'm pretty sure I wet my diapers at least a few times that night...

Griffin and the City

Over the holidays we took the Lush family into the City for some sightseeing.  It was really good to finally return to my hometown where I was born.  It was like a walk down memory lane for me.
