Merry Christmas!

We had a fun-filled Christmas this year. The best part was being able to open all my presents, something that was a little tough last year when I was only 2 months old!

Out with Mom and Dad for a stroll to see the Xmas lights in San Carlos
I never leave home without my trusty car!
Christmas Eve dinner with the Family at Sapore Italiano restaurant in Burlingame. We went here last year on Christmas Eve for my baptism, so it's fast becoming a tradition!
Christmas morning. These shiny things on the tree are pretty cool.
Pots and pans of my very own to bang around. Just what I wanted!
I got some cool stuff in my stocking, like this Elmo DVD!
Not all the presents were for me. I got this new toy for Sydney and Joey.
Checking out Mom's new jewelry box. Looked pretty boring to me.
We also went over to Grandma and Grandpa's to open even more gifts...like this talking Elmo doll from Aunt Jenny which I love!
Check out Dad's new guitar. Sadly he plays about as well as me.
Staring contest with cousin Sammy.
A new football from cousin Brittany. I'm already being recruited by the 49ers since they don't have anyone on their team who can play quarterback.

Thanksgiving!

Mom, Dad and I had a great Thanksgiving this year! Dad took the whole week off and we spent it up at the family cabin in Arnold. I got to play in the snow, go on a few hikes, sleep and eat. Then the rest of the family came and I really got spoiled!

Joey and Sydney loved getting back to their Canadian roots by playing in the snow!
Joey giving me a little push to get me walking.
I got lots of practice at walking. It's not easy in the snow!
I still love when Dad carries me in the backpack.
Resting with Mom.
It was so beautiful up at Lake Alpine!

Waiting for breakfast with Aunt Jenny.
Yahtzee with Aunt Laura!
Thanksgiving dinner with the family.

I loved the turkey dinner. And slept like a rock that night!
Story time with Grandpa.
Guitar lessons with Dad. Who is teaching who?
I even got to climb a few stairs. Great exercise for working off the turkey dinner!
The end of a great week.

My First Steps!!!

Today was a big day for me. I think I'm finally starting to figure out this walking thing! I took my first official steps today at the park. And lucky for Mom and Dad, they happened to bring the video camera and caught it on tape!

My 2nd Halloween + Cole's 1st Birthday = Good Times

We drove up to Sacramento on Saturday for Cole's 1st birthday party and some Halloween fun. Thanks to Aunt Jenny and The Gap, I was dressed as a chicken. All things come around Aunt Jenny. Your time will come...

This is so humiliating...
HA HA HA! Cole you look ridiculous!
Take the photo so we can get out of these costumes...
Let me help you out there Cole
Helping Aunt Katie with a little pumpkin carving
Cole got a car just like mine for his birthday!
We went on a cruise around the neighborhood looking for chicks. Get it? Chicks?
Look out Cole!
None of the cheap candy, lady. We want the good stuff!
I found a few of the houses a little scary for my liking. Like this one...
and this one...
didn't really care for this one either.
Luckily we went home a enjoyed a little chicken nugget action before bedtime.
Happy Birthday Cole!

My First Haircut

On Thursday Mom and Dad took me for my very first haircut. I unfortunately had developed a bit of a mullet. While I'm sure you can tell from the photos that I was less than impressed with the overall experience, I guess it was better than the other option...buying a banjo and moving to Alabama!

Nothing off the top please!
Bye bye mullet!
Nice job lady. $20 for 5 minutes work?!

My First Birthday!!!

October 20th was my very first birthday! Mom and Dad threw me a big party on the Sunday before. We had over 50 people come over! If I have that many friends after just one year, think of how many I'll have at my party when I turn 5!

Mom made me this cool photo montage of my first year.
Aunt Laura made me a beautiful (and tasty) pumpkin cake!
I quickly discovered that I love sweet stuff.
Griffin's Pumpkin Patch.
Thanks Grandma for the fun sand box!!!

Uncle Benji got me my very first guitar.
A bunch of pumpkin heads.
On my actual birthday, Dad took the day off from work and we spent the day in Sausalito.
They took me to this cool kids museum!
Giddy up!
Caught a few fish...
crawled through the tunnel...
and we ended the day with my very first ice cream!
Got milk?
